My preliminary thinking is As we know BT is soon to disable all analog phones. For many years I have used the Siemens DX 800 A and the modern version of this is the ⚙️ Gigaset Fusion (FX800W PRO) which I am inclined to suggest to buy now as it will directly replace existing phones, I am guessing it still does analog but it also does everything else. Of course we need to check the market for whether there’s anything more suitable (see below). Basically, I’m looking for a system that will do what we already have in direct replacement of our existing phones while at the same time allowing us to apply all the new technologies that are available so there will be no interruption in incoming phone line service, crucial for uninterrupted sales. This device runs off POE so is of course also network connected. Right now, I’m thinking just go and buy a book we/youshould really check what else is out there.Price will be 500 quid or so. In terms of useful life as I say I’ve had mine for 20 years and it still works fine but of course it is obsolete these days.
